A creation failed

If a creation fails, you are not charged. Your credits or Try Pack go back automatically. Try again with a clear, well-lit photo.

Restore purchases

In the app, open Settings and tap Restore purchases.

Manage or cancel a subscription

In the app, open Settings and tap Manage subscription, or go to your Apple account settings on your iPhone.

Delete your data

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my data. This removes your creations, balance and history from our servers for good.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
