How to make an AI dance video from one photo
You don’t need to learn the moves, film yourself or edit anything. An AI dance video app takes the moves from a real dance clip and puts them on the person in your photo. Here is how to do it with TrendAura on iPhone.
What you need
- An iPhone with TrendAura installed.
- One clear photo of yourself. Full body works best for dances.
- Optional: your own dance clip, 3 to 30 seconds long.
Step by step
- Open TrendAura and go to the Home tab.
- Pick a dance trend such as Club Freestyle, Toc Toc or Babydoll Two-Step. Or open Create, then Motion Control, and pick any dance clip from your camera roll.
- Add your photo, or pick one of our characters if you don’t want to use your face.
- Tap Create. Most videos are ready in a few minutes, and you can leave the app while it works.
- Save the video to your camera roll and post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
Why the moves look real
TrendAura uses motion control. It reads every move from the original clip, the steps, the arms, the timing, and copies them onto your photo frame by frame. The music from the original clip is kept, so your video is ready to post with the right song.
Tips for a better dance video
- Use a full body photo with your arms and legs visible.
- Stand facing the camera in good, even light.
- Pick a clip with one dancer. Group dances confuse the motion.
- Plain clothes make the moves easier to read than busy patterns.
